Generise ‘Compress And Wrap’ Hot & Cold Gel Pack - Microwaveable and Reusable!
Cold Application:
Store in the freezer so that the pack is ready to use in case of injury.
Approximately 1 hour is needed to freeze the gel.
Ideal to use for:
Reduce swelling.
Toothache.
Headache relief.
Reduce fever/ temperature.
Hot Application:
Microwave: Place the gel pack into a microwave for approximately 30 seconds from room temperature or 1 minute if the gel pack is placed in from frozen. After this time check that the desired temperature has been reached. If not, further exposure should be in 10 second bursts until desired temperature is reached.
CAUTION:
DO NOT OVERHEAT. TIMES ARE BASED ON A 600W MICROWAVE. ADJUST HEATING TIMES TO SUIT THE POWER OF YOUR MICROWAVE.
Hot Water: Bring water to boil and remove from heat. Immerse the gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes in the boiled water. After 4 minutes, check every 1 minute to check if the desired temperature has been reached.
